Absolutely. We recommend that players are aged 7 or over and are at least in First Class at school. We tailor the game selection to suit the players and ensure all content is age-appropriate, following PEGI age ratings. Parents and guardians can also request specific games or restrict content as needed.

Yes. One of the Xplosive Gaming team will be present throughout your event to set everything up, supervise gameplay and help everyone get the most out of their time in the van.

Our standard party session lasts 2 hours. We also offer longer sessions and custom timings for larger events, schools and community bookings.

We require a flat, clear space of approximately 7 metres in length for parking. A driveway, car park or suitable quiet road outside your home or venue will usually work well.

Yes. We require access to two power sockets, including at least one double socket, to ensure the gaming van and all equipment operate smoothly throughout your event.

In special circumstances, we can also provide a generator.

Yes. A stable internet connection is required for smooth online gameplay and full access to all gaming features.

The van is equipped with Starlink satellite internet to provide connectivity in most locations. However, depending on coverage at your venue, access to local Wi-Fi may be required as a backup.

We recommend confirming Wi-Fi availability at your venue beforehand to help ensure a seamless gaming experience.

Yes. Safety is a top priority at Xplosive Gaming. All equipment is regularly PAT tested, and the van is thoroughly cleaned between sessions.

Our trained game host will also be present throughout the event to supervise gameplay and ensure all players are safe and looked after.

We only allow games that are appropriate for the age group attending the event. If you would like to request specific games, we’re happy to discuss the available options with you before the party.

Yes. A small deposit is required to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining balance is due before your event, and full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
